My Arcade has been using arcade roms in quite a few of their more recent units so Golden Axe and Outrun might be the arcade games and not the Genesis ports. I own quite a few of these My Arcade units and they’re really nice little devices...

Feb 1, 2025 · Whenever you look back to whatever system, their games lineup among the best provided. Even the Dreamcast which is my favorite Sega system was largely enhanced by Capcom itself being present, just an incredible company. Re4 alone is better than any game Sega has ever released, by far. Sega did have an incredible run in arcades, but so did Capcom.

Feb 15, 2025 · Mike Pollock has already been showing his ass for other reasons, but this is a new low even for him. Eggman 100% needs to be recast in English as soon as possible, especially when the likes of Omega were recast for similar reasons.

Nov 6, 2024 · Good to hear, looking forward to it! Reading that list of well know Sega titles that are currently in development is a bit depressing if one thinks about that bottomless creative bursts that characterized the former Sega tho. We'll see how things pan out from there at least.

Jan 22, 2025 · Sega, Capcom and Square have such a massive back catalogue that I would easily see them leveraging it into a service, similar to what Nintendo does. Maybe have smaller games on there day one, discounts on newer games, etc etc.

Feb 12, 2025 · Sega had included an entire promotion level for Sonic 3 in Shadow Generations and have been gradually incorporating certain elements into the games (like the electricity). If they're going for the multiverse there's a substantial chance that the Movie verse can also appear.

Feb 12, 2025 · Customization and RPG-type weapon loadouts: this part worries me, only because the last time Sega tried to "experiment" with the formula like this it really just complicated the elegance of everything and funnily enough I feel like vehicle customization is one of those things that people are hoping Mario Kart ends up moving away from.

Feb 1, 2025 · Sega GT (2002) *Hitmaker Crazy Taxi 3: High Roller (Xbox) That's not even including things left in the arcades like AV's Planet Harriers or Smilebit's Ollie King and sure, plenty of these were Dreamcast ports. But I've gotta take Sega. GX, SMB 2, PDO and 2006 CtC are all-time favorites. :)

Feb 9, 2025 · Sega seems to be the only gaming-centric company that to let others develop and publish games on based on Sega's gaming IP. Expect every other company with with gaming IP to insist to have at least publishing rights ad maybe some direct oversight if they work with other companies to make games on their IP.
