CRAVEN COUNTY, N.C. (WITN) - The North Carolina State Highway Patrol is investigating a crash that knocked down a traffic pole in Craven County this morning. Troopers were called to the intersection of US 70 and Williams Road in James City around 5 a.m. for a crash.
