The officer killed while responding to a shooting and hostage situation at a Pennsylvania hospital on Saturday had celebrated his 30th birthday just days earlier, authorities revealed Sunday. The shooter has been identified as Diogenes Archangel Ortiz. He allegedly entered the hospital with a handgun and zip ties.
