Police said they were investigating the death as a homicide after finding Emmanuel Moncoeur with head trauma and his hands bound.

Emmanuel Moncoeur, a 57-year-old real estate agent, was found dead on the side of a Queens highway. Days after a man was found dead on the side of the Clearview Express near Union Turnpike in Queens, he was identified as a long-time real estate agent in the area.

What started out as a missing person's case has ended in a homicide investigation in Queens. Police sources say a real estate broker was murdered, and as CBS News New York's John Dias reports, his body was dumped on the side of a highway.
